Netflix Review

We signed up for Netflix over a year ago and havent regretted it since.  You select movies on the website and put them in "your queue".  You rate them as high as you want (1 is the next movie that will be sent) and you can add as many as you wish to the queue.  The site will give you recommendations based on other movies you have selected or you can browse the millions of movies they have.
I have never had any issues with Netflix...except for one small issue that my friend is having that I heard of before. There was a rumor that Netflix treats its newer members better than their older members...meaning that they will make older members wait longer for newly released movies.  My friend and I both have a certain new release rated #1 on our queues.  She has been a netflix member for at least twice as long as I have.  The movie showed up as being available now for me in my expected wait column. For her, it showed up as "long wait".  We looked at the same time on the same day and it makes no sense.  I really hope that it was some sort of error...because honestly, older members should be treated better.  For that reason I am only rating Netflix a 4 out of 5.  If I start to get treated badly the longer I keep my membership I will have to make a few complaint calls.

I do like the fact that you can put Netflix on hold, if needed.  It wont send more movies and wont charge your card until you remove the hold.  A pretty good idea for travelers, etc.
