Great for the movie afficianado who wants movies delivered!

I have been a member of Netflix for over a year now and have had nothing but the best customer service with Netflix!  The convenience of having the DVD's delivered to my mailbox is such a time-saver, for me a lifesaver, as I am homebound.  When a DVD arrives broken... They are great about replacement!  (this only happened once during my time with them.)  They are fantastic about passing on savings to customers, as I received a REDUCTION in my monthly fee after several months with the company.  They often send an email to ask when you received a particular disc... this helps them to know if their delivery schedule is on track and provides greater customer service.  I am a 100% satisfied customer!
