    Convenient!, Awesome inventory to choose from!, They have almost every movie ever made, great selection, receiving movies in the mail, great deal for frequent renters, easy to learn system, good response from their website, can change order of queue

Netflix contacts me by email when they mail a movie out, I get it the next day.  It's that easy!  It is so easy to order movies and there is no late charge which is a life saver for me.  We live out in the country, so going to town to get movies isn't so easy.
