Netflix —
We tried Netflix first then tried the competition and went back to Netflix. Their turnaround time is better. I couldn't take advantage of the competition's free movie from the store due to my locale making Neftlix just as attractive. We love having movies waiting for us each weekend or even during the week if we have time to watch them. The cost is not so high that you feel bad if you don't get around to watching them for several days and there's no big push to get them back to the video store to avoid late fees. Movies don't become late and there are no extra fees! You have your own movie queue where you select movies you want to watch in the order you want to watch them. You are able to bump movies to the top at any time. You can save movies just out in the theater to your queue and when they come out on video, bump them to the top to be one of the first to see them. Rarely do you have to wait for a movie even though sometimes the queue says short wait. We almost never have to wait. We love Netflix and have been using their service for a few years now.
