Convenient!, great selection, receiving movies in the mail, great deal for frequent renters, easy to learn system, can change order of queue

This service has been a boon to me. Let me say that I absolutely hate to drive so much that I don't even own a car personally. I used to wait for movies to come out on pay per view if I didn't go watch them in theater so I wouldn't have to go and rent or purchase them. That was okay but when I watch movies in my home I like to know I can pause or rewind things as needed which I couldn't do through pay per view. Plus for me it's alot cheaper, and who doesn't like to save. It was costing almost $4 per movie on pay per view and with my netflix subscription I can have 3 movies at any time for less than $19 a month and I usually watch at least 4 movies a week so do the math. I know some people say new releases are hard to get. I don't agree. The very popular new releases aresometimes in big demand but I've never waited for a week for the movie I wanted to become available had plenty of other stuff to watch while I waited. ANd besides it was only a week and I figure if I really needed to see it so bad that I can't wait a a week after its released I would've gone to se it at the theaters.I will agree that it is normally the 2nd business day after I've sent a movie back and not the 1st like they advertise but I think that has more to do with my mailing route than there service since my mail is not usually picked up untill 5pm or after.
