Pros

easy to learn system, can change order of queue, They have almost every movie ever made, Awesome inventory to choose from!, Convenient!, great selection, receiving movies in the mail, great deal for frequent renters

Cons
renting series of discs sometimes tricky, disks don't always arrive on time, Stalling!, new releases can be tough to get, You wait 2 days for the next movie, no spur-of-the-moment movie picks, have to be pro-active for best results

So they learn I was a Mystery Shopper doing them & they didn't do too well.  SO I get connected with the boss, who you see in commercials as his voice had that body from my mind in front of me.  Well I fell for their idea of 2 at a time, which should be 6 a week.  That man who sold me on it tells me that I didn't sign up for free so he is giving me 3 at a time but I pay $14.67 for 2 + a freebie each time.  Well the month of March we got Monday, Wednesday, Friday 2 each day & Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday we got 1.  He calls that 3 out the same day but delivered on different days.  He cannot deal with the Post Office. But regisouly the same delivery all month til I send back 2 on Saturday & on Monday they only got 1.  So by Wednesday with only 1 movie showing for the week so far, I call the P.O. to complain.  I even ID's the buy picking up the mail from their box at the main P.O. downtown Cleveland.  They count how many red envelopes are bundled & delivered each day.  So when Netflix total is one off, they can prove it wasn't them.  Sure enough they find my missing DVD under a floor mat.  So I told the boss I hate to be lied to, so I cancelled.

END OF NETFLIX!

Redbox is the winner with free movies every Monday last March.  Just punch in the code emailed to you & it is FREE!  $1 for 24 hours, for every movie you take each week.  Can be 2 up to 8 a week of new releases.  So we are back to Blockbuster with 3 at a time & 5 at the store per month, 7 FREE Discover movies every quarter, and I get other freebie for Blockbuster from surveys, etc.  So good to fill in with.

Well now I will have to choose. I just saw on the news they are just wanting to go to Blue Ray disks only. Something I need to research!
