Love the service

a movie lover, happy to watch movies at home, daily computer user
Pros

    good response from their website, great selection, receiving movies in the mail, great deal for frequent renters, easy to learn system

Cons
    I can't use the online movies

I was a Netflix user for Years.  I changed because I don't get high speed internet and can't use the free online movies that come with my service.  I would rather have blockbuster instore service instead.  I hated to go though

Netflix has great customer service and selection.  Its the best website for ease of use.  I love this service.
