easy to learn system, Different plans for number of movies, good response from their website, Easy to use!, another gift you don't have to wrap!, Convenient!, Return postage paid, drop in any mailbox, excellent price points for every user, excellent customer service, watch movies right on-line, Competitive price, can change order of queue, Awesome inventory to choose from!, Terrific company., notifies you when the movie is shipped, They have almost every movie ever made, Their recommendations are right on, UNDERSTANDING IF MOVIE LOST IN MAIL, great selection, can change order queue, well-worth it for series renters, receiving movies in the mail, Can watch some movies right online!, great deal for frequent renters

Cons

disks don't always arrive on time, sometimes discs get lost, sometimes you wait three days for movie

Netflix —

I like netflix because I can view the movies at home. Being able to watch a movie and send it out makes it just easier on me then having to run to a rental store. The only bad thing is that sometimes it takes a few days to get a new movie. I think it is a great deal. We get the 3 movie deal.It is relatively cheap. Between the children movies, my husbands movies and the ones I like to watch, we are able to satisfy each of our tastes. I like that I can pick and choose the movies I want to see and in what order I want. We have been able to get the series we have been watching pretty quickly! There really is not much else I can say, but bring on the popcorn!!!
