I love Netflix! My husband and I have had an account since Dec. '06 and have never had a single complaint. We both add movies to the queue, but we try to mix it up so one of us is not stuck watching a movie they don't want to see several discs in a row. Not once have we had to wait more than the usual 48 hour turnover for a movie, even a new release!
Here's the best part about Netflix for us: NO LATE FEES! We are a busy family, and we don't always find time to sit down and spend a leisurely evening watching a movie together. There have literally been times where we didn't get around to watching our Netflix rental until a good 2 or 3 weeks after it arrived. Now, that's NOT the norm... but it does occassionaly happen.

My husband has especially enjoyed renting movies that he hasn't seen since childhood, or finding movies that he's always wanted to watch, but never could find in the traditional rental stores. I really love being able to choose from a wide variety of foreign films (Bollywood, especially), and indulging myself with cheesy flicks I wouldn't have paid to see in the theater.

We have several friends who also have Netflix accounts, and they all have been added to our friends list so we can send little notes to each other about particular movies, or warn each other away from really lousy ones.

I've gotten so used to having the ease and wide range of Netflix that I can't imagine going back to traditional movie rentals.
