As you see, I have no cons for the Netflix service. I've been a member for about 2 years now and have no complaints. I used to dislike going to the movie store, searching for what I wanted, waiting in line to pay, and then having to run it back within in two days as to avoid late fees! Too much to go through. I have had a few bad discs, but I just jump online and report the problem and then a new one is sent out to me (and I don't even have to get the bad disc back first). The selection is great as well, but sometimes you do have to wait to get a new release. I have no problem in waiting though, because I have an entire list of movies waiting for me to choose from. I check the site once a week, usually Tuesday's, for the new releases and add them right to my waiting list. Your waiting list (queue) is great! You can add all the movies you want to see and arrange or delete them very easily. Overall the site is easy to navigate and the service is excellent!
