Netflix Review

Netflix is an invaluable site for anyone who loves movies and is on a budget-- with thousands of movies and TV shows on DVD and BluRay, Netflix provides top quality service in addition to unbeatable convenience. If you rent more than one movie a month, this is the way to go-- their prices are great and even if you get stuck on an off day or your PO is slow, they have so much on instant play (included in membership), you'll hardly notice! I really feel like I get more than my money's worth each month, and if I ever have a problem, the customer service folks are very nice and helpful and their policies provide for immediate replacements or credits to your account. I had problems with my mail delivery and got all my discs out of order-- not only did they send me an extra disc for the rest of the month, they only charged me for two the next month (instead of the three I was getting)! The only downside is that sometimes there can be a wait for new releases, but since my queue is constantly at the limit of 500 discs, I hardly notice!
