Pros

can change order of queue, Awesome inventory to choose from!, They have almost every movie ever made, great selection, receiving movies in the mail, great deal for frequent renters, easy to learn system, good response from their website, Convenient!

We love NetFlix. We've had a few mishaps with the mail, and the site is totally understanding. Have watched so many great movies from NetFlix, love that they cover shipping, and also they have it where you can watch movies on your computer. Shipping is fast, and love that they suggest movies that I've never even heard of, that usually turn out to be great. And it's way cheaper than renting movies from a store ever few nights
