Netflix is a great and cheap way to watch a lot of movies!

Netflix actually works the way it is advertised. You sign up, pick movies, and they are mailed to you according to the plan you pick (i.e. 1 at a time, 2 at a time, etc.). We especially found the 2 week free trial very helpful in determining if we wanted to keep it or not. Netflix does a great job of recommending movies they think you might like and usually these recommendations are very accurate as they are based on your previous ratings of movies. The shipping is incredibly fast - turn around is almost always 2 days after we drop a movie in the mail. I'd heard that the service slowed down after a few months, but this has not really been the case for us. We have found that it takes us longer to watch a movie and put it in the mail than it did in the beginning, but this is certainly not Netflix's fault. We highly recommend Netflix - it is a fast, easy, and cheap way to get movies without ever having to leave home!
