net zero sucks they sell you a device that does not work in my area and then you are stuck with a device that never works, and there tech support does not understand anything you say. stay away from Netzero

I got NetZero free dialup and I'm not too impressed. You need to download a program for it, and if you don't install it/have an outdated version, your account would be deleted. The program is required and requires Windows XP, so your not getting anywhere with an old laptop with Windows 9x, exactly why I signed up for it. Bottom Line: NetZero is for people who don't have high speed internet, but have Windows XP.

I tried to order Netzero online and they ask you for your address, but they allow you to pay for services even if they do not service your area. Common sense says when you enter your address, it should tell you they do not service your area..why ask for my address?? Then they say it is your fault as you should not have ordered online...how unprofessional. Then they refuse to refund the money they scammed out of you.
