I signed up with NetZero on 9/12/08 because I was not happy with my current provider in my rush to find another provider so I did not lose my web sites i did not cancel with the one I had. I found out that the one I had was going to charge me an early termination fee which they forget to mention at the time of signing. Since I could not and did not want to pay this fee I called NetZero back the same day to explain that I wish to void and cancel what I had signed up for, I was politely toldthat it would be no problem and the charges would be put back on my credit card. Yeah right!! That was a month ago. I checked my staement today 10/13/08 and found that they still had not credit my account plus after 2 other calls to them last month to get my charges back and to be sure that it was canceled (since I had removed them from my computer on the same day I cancelled or thought I was canceled,) I was told my account was active!!! Boy was I mad I have been lied too every time I have called to talk to them. I was told again today thatthe charges were credited to my account and would show up i 48 hours. So thier "30 Day Money Back Guarantee" means that if you cancel during the free trial They will still keep your money for 360 Days before returning it. Never will I do business wit them again.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
