It was good once installed, but installation was a little cumbersome. After installing, it has been pretty much problem free, barring issues with the ISP.

After I bought our first laptop, I had the salesman point me to a wireless router. The salesman told me Netgear was the best. I can safely say that I will never ever buy another Netgear item again. Their customer service is horrible and the router is junk.
