You lady are the one who isn't very smart. A smart A** maybe, but not very smart. The reason I have to say this is because if you think it was just her that had this problem you are very wrong. We had this problem with 2 phones bought at the same time from a store. We had previously owned a net 10 phone and when it got lost we bought another one for us and one for our child. Let me tell you, you're assumption that these phones are worthless could be wrong. The two phones we just purchased DO NOT work correctly and this after having been very happy in the past with Net 10 service when we had our prior phone. We talked to many more people who have recently purchased NET 10 phones and many have the same problems we are experiencing just like Teresa McFarland the lady who you not so smartly criticized. Teresa McFarland has a point. The phones do not work and customer service is terrible. At least they are now in comparison to how they used to be. We never had problems with them in the past and I feel very strongly that it has something to do with these new phones they have out there not how we activate them. Have you even looked at their BBB report. They have had their share of complaints and though they have resolved some of them they do not resolve all of them. Yes, their rating due to their resolution of some of their cases is Good but the # of complaints stands out alone. The thing is you have to be forced into taking it further than the customer service line to get anything done or there would not be so many resolved and unresolved complaints on their BBB record.
