I started using Nestle Good Start with DHA when my daughter was about 4 months old. I had breatfeed prior to and she had a lot of difficulties adjusting to formula. She would spit up and was very constipated. We tried soy based formula and a variety of different brands. Nothing seemed to work. Thats when our wonderful doctor recommended Nestle Good Start.
I was quite confused as to why this one had worked so I asked the doctor. He said it worked because Nestle Good Start had "comfort Protiens" (huh?) this means that the formula is partially digested and it's much easier for babies to digest.
I would recommend this product to new moms, especially if their little one is having difficulty keeping formula in or from coming out. Nestle Good start is affordable and comes in various serving sizes. I also like the fact that you can purchase on the go packets, premixed liquids, and of powders.
