Nessa - Port Chester, NY Review

I found this restaurant quite short of extraordinary.  The food was good - nothing to write home about.  Their appetizers reminded me of something my 10 year old could prepare; fancy sandwiches with the crusts cut off.  What's with that?????  LOL.   The restaurant is small and the accoustics are terrible.  Tables are too close together.

On a positive note, the owner and staff were very friendly.  The ambience is very nice.  Wonderful romantic setting.  Dinner itself was very good.  The menu is far less than extensive and the restaurant is very pricy.  Dinner for two of us without liquor was $150.00.  Granted, we wanted to try a few appetizers before dinner as we had hoped to frequent the restaurant for lunch.  We soon we told they are not open for lunch.  LOL  Of course that ended up not being a problem as we will most likely not return for a year or two (if they are still in business).  Hopefully by then, some improvement will have been made.
