Nespresso Essenza is the second espresso machine I own and I LOVE IT. I am a 3 latte a day Starbucks addict. Ok product, but looks better than it works

I would not recommend this product. it does an ok job, but not great. I have had espresso with other home machines that is much better. It is also super expensive to buy and to operate. If you want ok espresso that is easy to make, then this is ok.
