Nesco Roaster 12 qt. Review

A few years back I bought this roaster from QVC.  I was doing a lot of entertaining and needed something to fix a large amount of meat in.  This one has a fan which makes it a convection oven as well.  It has a non stick removable pan that you can pull out and wash separately.  My first meal in it was a turkey for Thanksgiving.  We put it our in the garage to save on space.  The neighborhood dogs were sitting at the garage door waiting, you could smell it!  Our turkey was moist and delicious.  I do regret not ordering the buffet serving service because it would have given me 3 individual serving pans.  I don't hesitate to use this for anything.  I have baked a cake in it, a pie, potatoes, etc.  I have taken it back and forth to work for potlucks because everyone knew I had the big pan to cook in.  Even if I only use this 4 times a year, it was worth the price.  I wouldn't hesitate to buy one for someone who cooks a lot, this is one thing that can give you space on your counter, and keep the oven open for other dishes.
