I've gotten to the point where I use a nasal rinse every morning during seasonal sinus flare-ups. Whether you use a neti pot, nasal rinse bottle, or a fancy nasal irrigation system, you're going to need a reliable saline-and-bicarbonate solution to rinse your nasal passages with. Some folks mix and measure their own salt and baking soda concoctions, but I always turn to NeilMed Sinus Rinse 100 Premixed Packets. Every morning, I can quickly rinse my sinuses to keep my passages clearer and healthier.

The sinus rinse packets are individually sealed and neatly stored in a two-column plastic crate. Each packet contains a pH balanced mix of USP grade sodium chloride and bicarbonate soda. In addition, the fine white powder is both preservative- and iodine-free.

With these convenient packets, the only thing you need to measure is your lukewarm water. As long as the saline powder is mixed with 8 ounces of water, you know that you're getting the correct rinse to fill your neti pot or sinus bottle. The powder dissolves almost instantly, and I simply shake my rinse bottle gently to make sure it's fully mixed. Once mixed, the solution feels refreshing and soothing, and doesn't burn or sting as it makes its way through my sinuses.

Sure, I suppose I could grab some salt and Arm & Hammer out of my kitchen to make my saline rinse. But the ease, freshness, and quality of the NeilMed Sinus Rinse Regular Refill Packets are worth the $14 price tag. The package of 100 lasts me over three months and each packet provides enough solution to allow a thorough, high-volume rinse. That makes me--and my sinuses--very happy.

I use NeilMed Sinus Rinse Packet Refills in my NeilMed Sinus Rinse Bottle or my NeilMed Neti Pot, though they also can be used in other brands and irrigation systems.
