I purchased this for my husband who has terrible allergies. He did snore loudly at night. After using this product his snoring has decreased. It hasn't disappeared but it is about 75 to 80% less. I sleep much better now. Oh yes, and so does he! Effectiveness It works! I have noticed he has not suffered as many colds this winter. Less nose blowing also. Ease of Use You just need water and a salt packet and 2 to 3 three minutes of your time. No mechanical parts to work with. It is also very easy to clean and should be cleaned on a daily basis. He uses this daily and hasn't complained about it. He tells me he breathes so much better after using the rinse. Immediacy Clears up your sinuses without has medications. My husband takes enough medications for his allergies and this just helps without stressing his body. He was surprised that it worked immediately after use. His sinuses stay pretty clear for the next 12 hours.

I was first introduced to sinus cleansing in the early 80s when my mom was a nurse at an ENT office. It was freaky, but my terrible allergies were always relieved shortly after receiving a treatment. So as an adult I'm still a huge believer in using a neti pot to cleanse my sinuses. I've been using a neti pot for years, but a friend of mine told me about the Neil Med SinuFlo Ready Rinse product that she uses instead and gave me her extra one to try out. I much prefer this method to the neti pot as it doesn't involve so much contorting of my head and neck to get it to work like with a neti pot. Effectiveness Works great for relieving congestion from colds and allergies. Ease of Use So much easier to use than a neti pot. The plastic bottle is very soft so it just takes one gentle squeeze to dispense the sinus rinse into the nostrils. I just have to lean over the sink and squeeze. No tilting my head or craning my neck. It's all just pressure from the stream of liquid and gravity. There are more pieces to clean and sterilize than with a neti pot, but I feel that the benefits outweigh this small inconvenience.

I am a graduate student on my way to professional school. I have lived in seven different cities in the past four years. With each move comes new sinus and allergy problems and a dreaded adjustment period. My last endeavour unfortunately landed me in Miami. The poor air quality of the city, high humidity, and the mold I discovered growing in my A/C unit caused me to have a constant build-up of sinus pressure, itchy and irritated eyes, and running nose. Previously, I relied on Extra Strength Benadryl Allergy & Sinus Headache during my climate adjustment period. However, this last adjustment period never ended and the benadryl began making me too tired to stay awake in class. My ENT friend suggested this sinus rinse and it works great. The directions recommend using the rinse twice a day, which was a little much for me. I use it once a day and it instanly relieves most of my pressure. I can really tell the difference if I forget and skip a couple days. I also think that it does help in keeping the epithelial cells lining the sinuses healthy, preventing many common viral and bacterial infections.

For years my doctors told me to use a sinus rinse as I always had at least 2 sinus infections a year. So finally my new allergist gave me some samples from Neil Med and they work great! I feel loads better (when I remember to do it!) They are pretty cheap and safe!

I always look for non drug alternatives and the Neil Med systems fill the bill pretty well. Every now and than I find it necessary to do the drugs, but most of the time get by with the Sinu cleanse or the ready mix drops.  I try to use daily or even twice to three times a day as I find needed.  Sinus problems can be so irritating so always trying to find these methods of relief.

When I started having repeated ear infections my doctor sent me to an ENT (ear, nose & throat physician).  The ENT told me that my eustacian tube was not draining, and this was causing fluid to remain in my ears, resulting in ear infections. He asked me if I had ever done a nasal rinse, and I told him I occasionally use the Neti Pot.  He said that was a good choice, but he had something even more effective, and he gave me the Neil Med SinFlo Ready Rinse bottle, which came with individual packets of saline solution.  The ENT told me he wanted me to use the sinus rinse every day, along with using a prescription nasal medication called Omnaris. I have been using the Neil Med bottle to rinse my sinus' every day as recommended, and I have not had an ear infection for months now.  Considering I was dealing with two to three infections per month, this is quite remarkable. I will be the first one to admit that I don't enjoy rinsing my sinus passages, but using the Neil Med bottle is more comfortable than using the Neti Pot.  The Neti Pot works on gravity, but when I use the bottle I can squeeze the bottle to get more pressure as I do the rinse. When I visited my daughter for 2 months I took this with me.  They have chlorinated water, and it really bothered me to rinse my sinus passages with chlorinated water, so I purchased distilled water and used that.  It was more of a hassle as I had to warm the water in the microwave then add it to the bottle. At home, our well water is very pure and this is not a concern for me.  Just yesterday my I started to get sinus pain on the left side of my face, and a half hour after I used the Neil Med bottle my pain was almost gone.  I love that I have a natural way of bringing relief as I prefer not to use medications unless I really have to.  If you are having sinus or ear infections, I highly recommend the Neil Med bottle. Effectiveness Relieves a stuffy nose almost immediately, takes a little longer for sinus pain in my cheeks to subside Ease of Use Easy to use but takes some getting used to Immediacy Works well especially when used daily to ward off sinus problems
