Very good at one thing

Honestly, I bought this gel to help relieve the crushing nasal pressure and stuffiness that my summer cold had given me. For that this gel is fantastic. The cooling effect immediately relieved the tightness in my nose and finally I was able to breathe easier. My nostrils were so red and swollen from sneezing and blowing my nose I was ready to scream. The gel helped to alleviate the redness and I could wipe my nose without wanting to cry. Congestion Relief My nasal passages were so very swollen and aching form this summer cold that I literally wanted to cut my nose off of my face. I needed to feel relief without having to take so many tablets. This certainly did give me relief from the nasal congestion. Chest Congestion Relief Other than relieving my constant nasal pressure this really did not lessen any other pain. However, I was very appreciative of this gel making my nose less swollen. Relief of Aches & Pains Midway through my summer cold, my nose was literally so raw and swollen that I looked like a circus clown. Administering this spray did bring down the inflammation and made me able to blow my nose without pain and the pressure in my nose and eyes did lessen. Cough Suppression The main reason I chose this medicine was to help my sore inflamed nose. I was taking a separate medicine to help with the nagging cough. However, I do feel that once my nose felt less inflamed my nasal drip did lessen, which may have decreased my coughing. Again, you would want to take a separate medicine for any cough or congestion you are suffering from.

natural and works well

I am a sufferer of chonic dry nose and sinus problems and I prefer to use natural remedies whenever possible because of potential side effects . I live in a house with forced air gas heat and it gets very dry in the winter especially - sometimes my nose even bleeds a bit in the winter because of the dryness. I also use the Neil Med saline spray for their Neti Bottle and when I have a flare of and I can't breathe well through my nose, I turn to that as well as this NeilMed gel nasal spray . It is all natural - basically just a saline spray solution but in gel form which actually moisturizes the nasal passages better than the drippy ,wet saline sprays and gives instant relief that lasts much longer . It is very simple to use but there is a long booklet included which gives specific directions on how to use their product if you have never used nasal sprays before . This product is better than nasal sprays that have additional ingredients other than saline , because , although they seem to work well at first , there is often what is called a " rebound effect" and you need more nasal spray to work - they can actually cause the problem to worsen over time . Not so , with this Neil med nasal spray - only use as needed and you will find relief in a day or two - all naturally .

Really good product and pretty natural

I like this stuff a lot. I had used the nose drain system they offer before and I thought I would give this a try and I've been really happy with the results. It leaves my nose feeling moist and not irritated, and helps ease my congestion. It is easy to use and doesn't feel like it is burning my sinuses unlike other meds like this.

Neilmed NasoGel Restores the Moisture and No Drips!

5

Sinus problems are a regular part of living for me and they range from the allergy- induced running and related problems to the restricted sinuses caused by dryness. The former requires allergy medicine, but the latter can be handled with a little bit of moisture, and that is exactly what you get with NeilMed NasoGel Drip Free Gel Spray. Medication Facts and Commentary: NeilMed NasoGel Drip Free Gel Spray is a small, one ounce bottle of liquid that contains sodium hyaluronate to restore moisture to the nose. All it takes is a few squirts of this gel into the nasal passages to relieve dryness and control some of the problems associated with it. Dry nasal passages are common when you live in a dry climate, cold climate, or spend much of your time indoors with the heat running. Any one of these situations can lead to a dry nose and the symptoms can include itching, bloody discharge, and even constricted airflow. I often suffer from the latter. There was a time when I misinterpreted this as an allergy issue (which I also have), but I quickly realized that it couldn't be allergy related because there were no other symptoms. It was nothing more than a dry nose, and a product like NeilMed NasoGel Drip Free Gel Spray was all I needed to get the dryness under control. Plenty of manufacturers make saline spray to control dry nasal passages, but NeilMed NasoGel Drip Free Gel Spray is a little different. It is actually a gel- a little bit thicker than what you would expect- and it keeps the sinuses moisturized longer. The gel doesn't drip out of the nose, like saline solution is prone to do. It stays in place, moisturizing for a longer period of time. Bottom Line Viewpoint: Dry sinuses are an annoyance, but the solution is simple: NeilMed NasoGel Drip Free Gel Spray. It restores the moisture and comfort, without the need for drugs, and it can be taken with you and used anyplace. I like it better than traditional saline sprays and I highly recommend its use. Congestion Relief This product works through moisturization, and that is often all you need to restore your sinuses to normal. NeilMed NasoGel Drip Free Gel Spray

NeilMed NasoGel Drip Free Gel Spray with Sodium Hyaluronate for Dry Noses is an easy to use water soluble Saline Gel in spray form that provides long lasting moisturization and hydration of dry nasal passages. You only use one or two sprays of this product every four to six hours. If you have nose bleeds or suffer from dry nose from indoor heat, dry climate, travel in planes or cars, oxygen users, or anything else that might cause you to have a dry nose, this product is for you. I have a problem with dry nose mostly I think because of my age. As you age, your skin, hair, nails and even your nose tends to get dryer and you need to use more lotion, conditioner, etc. This product provides soothing, moisturizing, long lasting relief in an easy to use spray. My one wish is that it would come in a travel size to fit inside your purse. Congestion Relief Sometimes it helps, sometimes it does not. Chest Congestion Relief Sometimes it helps. I love Neilmed NasoGel Spray!

I have suffered from congestion, bloodynoses, and multiple sinus infections as a result of dry sinuses for years. After seeing an Ear, Nose, and Throat doctor he recommended I use a regular liquid sinus spray. That didn't really do anything to alleviate any of my symptoms so my doctor gave me a sample of the Neilmed NasoGel Drip Free Gel Spray. I was a little sceptical at first, but once I used it, I was hooked. The gel aspect of the spray kind of freaked me out, but the blend of gel and liquid is made so that it doesn't feel too thick or gross. The gel in the spray helps the spray to stay where I've sprayed it and drip less than other sprays. For me, this spray still does drip down my nasal passages, but not at all in an uncomforable way. I use the spray a few times a day, especially before bed and when I first wake up in the morning. I no longer get bloody noses, my congestion is much better, and I haven't had a sinus infection since!

This Nasogel is the best for winter dry noses

5

I stumbled on this product by accident. I am a sworn saline spray person but it seems I am constantly using it in the winter for my dry nose. What I like about Nasogel is that it's a gel. It coats your nose more than the saline does. Therefore you do not need to use it as often as the saline spray. I use one spray in each nostrel in the morning and in the evening. I was surprised when after the evening one I actually woke up and my nose was not dry!!I went out and bought another one to keep at my work.As it says on the package it does not drip either. It does cost a bit more than regular saline spray but it will last probably the whole season. The one thing I don't like is the faint 'aftertaste' in the back of my throat after spraying. Saline doesn't leave this taste. But it's worth it to not have that dry, hurting winter nose!I would and have recommended this product to my friends and family who also suffer from nose dryness due to winter heating!

Perfect non drip formula!

5

I have been using sinus rinses for a few years now for allergy and stuffy nose symptoms, especially during pregnancy when I did not want to take any medication for the sypmtoms.  I just discovered this non drip formula and it is the best I have tried so far! The gel stays in place and clears out your sinuses, but most importantly it moitsurizes the inside of your nose. When the weather gets cold and the heat is on, the worst feeling is when your nasal passages are dry and burning. It makes breathing so uncomfortable! This stuff definitely helps with those sypmtoms, and stays in place so it lasts so much longer than anything else on the market. I would highly recommend this product, especially if you do not like taking chemical medications. You can also take this in conjunction with other medications and there are no side effects because this is homeopathic!. Great product and very easy  to use

Great for dry winter sinuses!

5

I have used NeilMed nasal irrigation products for a few years now.  Wouldn't try to get through allergy season without them.  I love the NasoGel for winter months when the heater makes my home's air so dry.  The pump spray is easy to use and the gel consistency keeps the product where it needs to be -- in your nose.  No dripping!

Soothes & Moisturizes without dripping

5

Neilmed NasoGel  drip free gel spray is not your ordinary saline spray.  Although it's purpose is the same as a saline spray, to moisturize the nasal passages, NasoGel does it in a much superior way.  The bottle handles the same as most nose spray bottles, although it is a bit larger and sturdier feeling than most. You can use 1 or 2 sprays every 4 -6 hours.  It has no aftertaste or smell. It does not drip, because it is a gel, not a watery spray.  I really like this feature, and this is what makes it work longer too.  I often travel to Las Vegas, where it is always dry, and I feel it right away when I step off the plane.  I have always used a saline spray in the past. In fact, I used the Ayr saline gel spray, but it became harder and harder to find.  This brand was a smaller bottle, and did not last as long as the NasoGel.  I have seasonal allergies, and use NasoGel all year round.  Keeping the nasal passages lubricated, helps me deal with my allergies better.
