We have been with Navy Federal Credit Union since 1999 when my husband joined the United States Marine Corps. Over the years we have used them for so many different loans and programs, and my all time favorite from them is my Visa rewards credit card. My interest rate on this card is so low that is amazes some people that there could be a credit card with such a low rate. The rewards are awesome and working with them in general has always been amazing. I have never worked with a more caring and wonderful group of people than all that I have encountered over the year at Navy Federal. They are amazing and willing to help you out at anytime with any questions that you have and will help solve all the problems. They work one on one with you and make sure that you are completely satisfied. This is the best credit card I have ever had and will continue to keep forever, I love it and all that I have gotten in return for having it.

I have been a member with Navy Federal Credit Union since I was 12 years old and my father opened up my first checking account. Almost 20 years later I still have my checking account with them PLUS my nRewards Visa. My favorite thing about this card is the ability to accumulate rewards while enjoying a reasonable interest. In addition, I have noticed that when I pay large amounts instead of the minimum payments they raise my balance. This has helped my credit score tremendously. Customer Service Customer service with Navy Federal Credit Union has always been positive. I recently had my credit card stolen and I received 3 phone calls all back to back, within 10 minutes after my card had been used in another city. When I was finally able to answer the representative was very helpful, explained someone had created a credit card with my information. Also informed me 3 small transactions had occurred before I spoke with them, but they declined a larger amount even though I had not yet confirmed the theft. I was reimbursed without a problem, card cancelled, and they sent a new card priority mail over night without cost to me. Even if I had small problems with customer service, Navy Federal's standards for security are awesome. Available Rates Rates are very reasonable. They might issue the card at a high APR, but I have found that with consistent payments and contacting them afterwards they will lower the APR. Navy Federal nRewards card has been the easiest to work with in regard to lowering APR.

I love this credit card. I love navyfed. If you are a member they are so helpful. They gave me a credit card months after filing bankruptcy at a great rate. And have increased my limit each time I've requested it. They have easy online account access to monitor and pay your bill. They call if there is any suspicious activity on your account to confirm if it was you or not before they assume and just cancel your card. The rewards are great. You can get an assortment of things but I always get Visa giftcards...just like cash! They have a member mall that you can go through to do your online shopping and earn more points per dollar spent. This is a bit frustrating for me as I always forget and go straight to the sites. I wish you could just get the extra points based on using your card at those retailers. Belonging to the Navy Federal Credit Union is safe, easy, and gives many rewards! I have two Navy Federal Credit Union Cards, but the nRewards Visa card is my favorite. The interest rate is one of the lowest I have heard of, when comparing to all my friends and family. Also, when I shop, I can earn points to get rewards back! What more could I ask for? It is easy and simple to manage. I can go online to check my balance, make payments, and request credit limit increases or new credit cards. Navy Federal Credit Union also keeps me up to date on important notices or changes with my card. I would recommend that everyone become a member of the Navy Federal Credit Union because it is easy and safe to use.  All in all, though, my favorite thing about the credit card is the rewards I get back. When I spend certain amounts of money, I log into the rewards center and pick a reward of my choice! Unlike other credit cards where you have to pay money along with the reward money, I can get a $75 or $100 gift card and pay NOTHING!
