This stuff is costly - for my three cats the food tab comes to about $100 a month. But I wouldn't feed them anything less. My first cat was raised on cheap supermarket food before I learned better. He was alright, but since I started him on the raw diet his fur has improved, he's lost weight, and he's more active. He still craves the carbs, though, so we have to hide the bread and potato chips. The other two never ate anything else and they are so glossy and beautiful! The raw food will be distasteful to those who do not like handling raw meat, but it's more than just meat. The raw food has fruits and veggies in it too - I think the cats eat better than we do, honestly. The stuff is easy to use, too. Just take out a 'puck' and leave it to defrost in the fridge (or, if you're lazy like me, in the cat bowl). The rest of the time the raw food stays frozen in the freezer. Make sure you have a big freezer. My cats prefer the rabbit above all, and hate the chicken. Others might feel differently. Experiment and find out!
