Nature's Plus Source of Life Vitamins — 

Nature's Plus Ultra Source of Life Whole Food Vitamin is the best vitamin that I have ever taken. You can take 3 of them a day, but I only take 1. These vitamins give me energy that lasts all day long plus they have no artificial anything in them. My husband and I have been taking them for 3 years now and will continue taking them because they have so much to offer.

why do you only take 1? I have been taking 3? is that too much? I do not want to tax my liver kidneys etc.

You have me wanting to go out and get some today---I feel like I am wasting money over and over on vitamins that make little difference to how I feel. I want to feel a change when I spend good money on a vitamin!
