love whole-wheat, love bread, willing to pay for quality, watching carb intake
Pros

    controlled carb, half the price of most low carb bread

    limited availability, a bit pricey

This is the best bread.  It has a good taste and texture.  It his an excellent source of fiber and makes it easier for me to have a sandwich without jacking my sugar levels through the roof.  It is a bit harder to find than some of the other low carb or high fiber breads, but it is also less expensive.  It is worth the price and the "hunt".  They have really done a good job on this one!
