It works

concerned w/safety & comfort of my pets, a dog owner, a homeowner, very attached to my dog, a busy person
Pros

    easy to use, Cleans up messes well

Cons
    cant get cat smell out completely, Might be a bit pricey

I think this works well.  Any time I notice a stain or a spot my little Chi marked cuz he is a big bad tough guy I just spray this on it.  Then its gone not yuck whatever I might have to deal with.  Only thing is my sisters husband is very allergic to it.  It smells clean after I use the product on a stain, but for some reason it does not agree with him...so I visit them at there house.
