Most HelpfulI have used Feline Pine ever since I got my 2 cats. Their foster home used Feline Pine, so they were already used to it. I do mix it with Purina Yesterday's News litter - made from recycled newspapers. I find that it absorbs a little better than Feline Pine alone, and comes in unscented variety that...

Most HelpfulWe received a bag of Nature's Earth Feline Pine Cat Litter as a sample from a pet store that was having its grand opening. We liked the idea that it was natural and claimed that there was no tracking, no dust and especially no odor. Unfortunately, our cat didn't like this litter and refused...
read full review »This is a great cat litter for anyone who is environmentally aware and who has problems with other cat litters. For one, this litter does not kick up dust, it's dust free! It has a nice woody smell and not as strong an odor as traditional litters. The litter is a wood press pellet that is made from renewable Southern Yellow Pine. It is 100% natural (no chemicals!) and you won't have to worry about your pet cleaning themselves and ingesting toxic chemicals. The pine naturally neutralizes ammonia and the pellets fully absorbs liquid, keeps boxes drier and minimized chance of bacteria. And yes,...
read full review »My cats actually really loved this litter. I had originally gotten it for my ferrets but found my cats were using it more!! I was shocked to say the least. I have been getting it ever since.
It's much easier to use than regular litter, it absorbs odors better and it's better for the environment! It's worth trying with your cats. Mine took right to it without me even attempting to try!
It's a great alternative to regular litter. I would highly recommend it.
Responsible pet owners need to care about the environment also---animals and people alike share this small planet.
Nature's Earth pine litter is worth the extra time required for breaking in the kitties to the different feel.
(and the garbagemen will love you for the lighter garbage bags at the curb that used to be filled with disgusting clay litter)
Absorbs the odors, no sticking to your shoes if spills out of the litter box.
Try it!

I got a bag of Nature's Earth Feline Pine Cat Litter as a sample from the manufacturer as a test package. I thought the fact that I could flush their waste into my septic tank where you have to dispose of their waste in clay litter is a core and makes for a mess anywere you dump it in your yard.
My indoor cats ((I have three indoor and three outdoor (that live in my work shop)) did not like the new litter! They did use it, but scattered it all over the bathroom and finally just refused to cover their waste. They tracked it out of the box and the odor left behind when they used it was terrible! I...

We first used this product when my son purchased a ferret. It did such a terrific job with the ferret's litter box that we decided to try it with our cats.
Anytime you change to a different cat litter you have to put the new litter in the litter box first and put the litter they are accustomed to on top. We did that for about a month ~ maybe 6 weeks ~ each time we cleaned the litter box we used more of the new and less of the original until we were using only the Feline Pine. We have had nothing but success with this product. There is no ammonia smell from urine and we use the hooded litter...

So here's the scoop, (no pun intended) some cats don't like it because when you first put it in the litter box, it is in the form of little wooden pellets that resemble large rabbit food pellets. These probably bother their paws. My three adult cats use it just fine, and the funny thing is that to start with, they will only urinate in that box. Once the urine hits the pellets, the pellets expand and turn into a saw dust like material. Once most of the box turns into this state...
read full review »We started using Feline Pine after I'd read about it on the web. We just have one cat, but the chemical smell of all the litters we had tried was gross. I thought we just had to live with that until I found this. Transitioning over took some time, and without the special litterbox, it was nearly useless. So we did have to buy the sifting litterbox from Feline Pine (couldn't find in any local stores) and we really still need to get the matching scoop.
But it is definitely worth it as there is no specific smell to the litterbox now. It still needs to be scooped daily (poop just is going...

Since my daughter introduced this product to me, I wouldn't go back to a clay product. The difference is as clear as day and night.
The natural pine scent is pleasant, the clean-up is quick and the girls really like it. There is little or no tracking. It comes in bulk sizes and is a tremendous savings when compared to the quantity needed of a clay product to perform the same function. Using just an inch to 1.5 inches is sufficient.
I have two girls and they have their own boxes. Now it appears that they have elected to use one box for the solid waste and the other for liquid. It's...

I've heard Feline is a big company and the product is good, but I never try it because it's much more expensive than the other brand, ExcuisiCat. My two little kitten was using ExcuisiCat Pine Litter and it was really good.I started to use this Feline Pine Litter because one of my friends' cat doesn't like it. She tried to get rid of it and I was happy to give her a hand. I heard that I should replace the litter little by little in case kittens couldn't be use to the new smell, but I was too busy to do that. So I just pured about 50% new litter to match the old one. I noticed that Feline Pine...
