Knowing how much garlic is doing for you is difficult to measure, but I recommend this Spring Valley Odorless Garlic Softgels for price and usefulness, especially if you are going to take garlic as a regimen. I take huge amounts of garlic, temporarily, when I have a sinus or other bacterial infections, and it is a good alternative to taking antibiotics when your bacterial infections aren't serious. I haven't taken antibiotics in over a decade. I wouldn't say its always entirely odorless when you take it in large amounts, but it doesn't bother me if I notice it-its pretty subtle. I also take it now and then just for general health. The studies about the effects of garlic vary but I think its a harmless and carries great potential for preventative and medicinal health. I really like this pill, they are soft gels and they really don't have an odor. They will not cause you to get an odor even after long use. I was diagnosed with high cholesterol a few years ago, besides changing my diet (eating cholesterol low or free foods) I wanted to also have an extra boot to insure that I don't have to take prescribed medications. I have been using this for a while now and I must say it has helped me a great deal. My last doctors visit was good and my cholesterol was lower then before. You don't even have to take it daily but I take it as often as possible. All you have to do is take 1 pill four times daily. So simple one pill with every meal (or 2 pills for 1 meal, and 1 pill for the next 2 meals; or 1 snack pill whatever combination works for you). I have used it and it has worked for me; but try it out for yourself and see if it helps you out too.
