I take this vitamin everyday. I take it in the morning and in the evening. I have seen such a change in my fingernails and hair. My fingernails are so strong and grow so fast. If I forget to take biotin or run out and do not take it for a few days, I can really see a difference. I love that my nails are strong and I always get compliments when I go to get a manicure. My hair also grows much faster and looks healthier and thicker. Natures Bounty is a quality brand and I love that they are so reasonably priced. I take these vitamins with a full glass of water and have never had any side effects or negative results. I try to stock up when they are on sale at the local drug store and can usually find a coupon to match with the sale, making this brand the best priced on the market. The quality is fantastic and Natures Bounty has become my favorite brand for any type of vitamin that I am looking for. I would highly recommend this product!

I got a really horrible haircut about five months before my wedding. They only way to fix it was to completely cut all my hair off. I went from super long hair to a short bob. It was awful. I wanted to have my hair as long as possible by my wedding and started looking at different options. Someone told me that Biotin makes your hair grow faster so I immediately went on a search for the best brand. I ended up purchasing Nature's Bounty Biotin after hearing really good things about it. I was not disappointed with the product. I took it in the morning every day and I saw results. I certainly did not have miracle growth with my hair, but it definitely helped it grow faster. I did not experience any negative side effects with this either. It was a little expensive but you pay for the quality of it. I used it for the months leading up to my wedding and my hair grew to a little past my shoulders. I was pleased with my results. I would use this again if I was trying to grow my hair back out. I would recommend this product to anyone.

I really enjoy this product. I've purchased it several times and continue daily use. My hair was falling out really bad due to stress. I'm young and no baldness runs I my family. It really helped thicken my hair and stop breakage. I highly recommend it. The only thing didn't like was once I started taking them I broke out, but the more water I drank I didn't break out from the pills anymore. Which was really good because I have a hard time reminding myself to drink water. If I want to avoid breakouts I have no choice. A lot of people think that biotin makes your hair grow longer. However that just simply is not true. My hair is longer and fuller but it did NOT make it grow. It just stopped the breakage that I was getting so when my hair did grow you could notice it. I love my hair now it is so shiny. And because biotin is a protein it really helped my nails out too. That's what our hair, nails, and skin need. LOTS of protein. My diet doesn't consist of that.

Initially, I bought this Nature's Bounty Biotin to help promote healthy hair growth, along with my nails and skin. I really liked using this because after about two or three weeks I could visibly see that my nails were much stronger and longer. After about a month and a half I could tell that it was also working for my hair because my hair felt thicker and my hair was much stronger overall. I loved that these pills were not hard to swallow, although most times I would crush them and place them in my morning smoothie. I was able to see the great benefits of this pill by putting three in my smoothie and sometimes taking another one in the evening. Although this pill was great for what I wanted it for, my face did break out a little bit after first buying it. When I started drinking a lot more water throughout the day, my break outs stopped and my skin began to glow and appear brighter.

I started to notice that my nails were getting weaker and my hair was starting to thin and fall out of my head. I would especially notice this when I got out of the shower, and there was a clump of hair in the drain. Naturally, I was very concerned. My doctor told me that I should start taking Biotin everyday. I followed his instructions, and I really started to notice a change. My nails were getting stronger. They were much less brittle and broke less often. I noticed the difference in my hair mostly. I was losing less hair, but more importantly it was repairing the existing hair and making it thicker. Biotin is also recommended to help with skin problems as well. If you are someone who is constantly low on energy and feel weak or tired, you should definitely start taking Biotin. It gives you energy and makes you not feel as tired as normal. The great thing about Biotin is that unlike most vitamins, it does not upset my stomach in any way

I use many of Nature's Bounty vitamins. I had gastric bypass surgery 3 years ago, which causes malabsorption so I need to take a variety of vitamins to stay healthy. One of my vitamins in my daily regimen is Biotin and I consistently use the Nature's Bounty brand because I trust them and they are not as costly as some of the other brands! Shortly after my surgery I lost a lot of hair, which is to be expected. I then started taking Biotin on a daily basis and my hair is back to what is was before my surgery and even better. It also helps strengthen my fingernails and toenails. Biotin promotes Carbohydrate, Protein, and fat metabolism. They are coated, which makes swallowing them much easier. They are high potency! There are no artificial color, flavor, or sweetener, no preservatives, no starch, no milk, no lactose, no soy, no gluten, no wheat, no yeast, no fish, and no sodium! They are suitable for vegetarians. I will continue to take these for the rest of my life to stay healthy!
