Vitamin C is a really great vitamin to take as it has many great benefits. This particular brand of Vitamin C with the Rose Hip in it is different than other Vitamin C supplement because Vitamin C naturally occurs in Rose Hips.
Vit. C is an antioxidant which not only helps boost the immune system but also fights free radicals and helps iron get absorbed by the body. It also benefits skin, teeth and bones. Scurvy is a disease caused by Vit. C deficiency.
