I decided to try Tripleflex six or more years ago. I remember it was the first of January and I wanted to see if it would work for me. I had problems with my thumbs and at times my hands hurt so badly I couldn't type or play the piano. My doctor gave me injections in my thumb a couple of times and I knew I couldn't live like that indefinitely. My knees gave me problems constantly. So I decided to try it and give it a full six weeks before I would decide if it really worked. It has and I never want to be without it, I know I have arthritis in pretty much all my joints, and bone spurs in various locations. I'm 68 years old, and despise taking pills, but I have no problem taking Tripleflex. I have recommended it to relatives and friends. I took a picture of the bottle on my smart phone, so when they ask what I do, I just send the pic to them.

Nature Made Triple Flex contains three important ingredients that help to strengthen your bones and joints. They are Glucosamine, Chondroitin Complex and Hyaluronic Acid. The product is recommended to improve your comfort, mobility and your flexibility. My rhumatoid doctor recommended this product to me a long time ago. I took it faithfully for awhile, felt good for several months and then quit taking Nature Made Triple Flex completely. Then my arthritis or Fibro kicked in and I was in pain. I have learned to take this product all the time as it only improves the health of my bones and joints. Active Ingredients: Sodium: 5 mg Glucosamine Hydrochloride: 1/5 mg. Chondroitin Comnplex: 290 mg Hyaluronic Acid: 10 mg. Recommended dose is 2 tablets daily with food. You can take one in the morning and one at night or two at one time. You should take this medication with food and not on an empty stomach. This product works well for me. I can tell the difference if I get off of it for more than a week. I usually take just one per day at night or before bedtime. My husband has just recently started taking this product and can see that it is helping him as well. I highly recommend this supplement for anyone with arthritis or Fibromyalgia. It works and makes the pain less intense.

I've got Ankylosing Spondylitis - that is a big fancy word for my body hates me. Basically, my immune system is attacking my joints, specifically my spine. My rheumatologist reccomended that I try adding a Glucosamine supplement to my daily medicine regime. I tried a few different brands at various price levels and found little relief. The Nature Made Triple Flex seems to work the best out of everything I tried. I am NOT saying that this makes a huge difference. I still have a terribly hard time moving in my day-to-day life. I am, however, saying that this seems to be the best choice of all the available Glucosamine supplements that I have personally tried. Not only that, this is just me. I know that my body is weird and does not react to things the same way as everyone elses. If you are going to start a Glucosamine supplement, I think you should start with this one. If it does not work, try something else. But this is definitely the best one I have found. It is not a miracle cure. It did not undo the damage done to my spine. But it does seem to help me move better most of the time. Give it a try.

After taking it for as little as a week, the stiffness I feel in the morning is gone. Going down the stairs used to feel stiff and awkward in the morning but I feel a marked difference after taking Triple Flex.

The ONLY reason I give this product 4 stars instead of five is because I had to PHONE the company to ask for the amount of White Willow (aspirin) in the capsules.  I'm in stage three kidney failure and I can't take NSAID's, so I had to weigh the dangers of the 240 mgs in two capsules, but like I said, I had to phone them to get the milligrams, as they don't tell you on the bottle.  It's about the same as three baby aspirin for every two capsules. Most people don't mind that, but some us need to be careful of even a tiny amount. This review is NOT for the Triple flex with MSM as MSM causes kidney stones in people who are prone to kidney stones and so I don't use that. BUT the Triple Flex with white willow has been great for my pain from fibromyalgia, arthritis, and spinal stenosis, even has helped the torn rotator cuff pain.  Has not helped the lower back pain, the lower back SPINE pain.  But I'm pretty bad and I've had back surgery.  I'm prescribed 3 Vicodan a day and I don't take them at all when I take just 2 of the Triple Flex a day, one in mid morning and one in evening. So that must be saying quite a bit! If you can take the aspirin, I'd say give it a try. My doctor gave the ok on the other ingrediants, I am risking it on the small amt of aspirin, but I figure it's better than 3 vicodan and so it's a choice I made on my own. The cost,: there are a lot of coupons out there, and these do go on buy- one- get- one- free sales, I think it's more than worth it.

I was experiencing severe pain in my hip and taking several over the counter pain relievers daily.  My parents came over for a BBQ and noticed my slow and deliberate movements.  I could not believe how healthy they were.  My father happily dug in the garden with my middle son, chased after my youngest, and just seemed to have a general spring in his step.  I asked my father how he remains so limber.  He told me his secret was Nature Made Triple Flex with Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and MSM.  He even wrote the name and description on a piece of paper for me.  He said I should go to the store immediately and purchase a bottle.  I did.  It's been five days now and I cannot believe the difference.  The bottle said it takes seven days to take effect, but I felt a difference twenty-four hours after taking my first dose and have been improving daily.  I can stand up without crying out.  I can walk without limping.  I can even bend over and pick up after my children.  I am amazed and thankful.  At first, I thought the bottle was a little expensive, but now that I know it works, it's a cheap price to pay for a pain free life.  I only wish I had started taking the pills earlier.

Since I started taking this product there is noticable improvement in joint pain and mobility.  If I miss a day or two I begin to feel regression and am quickly reminded how much good the product does for me.  I also give one a day to my large breed dogs and the older dog is much more active and pain free as well.  It works!!
