Nature Made Multi Vitamins For Her — 

I started taking Nature Made Multi for Her a few months ago. I liked the fact that they're liquid softgels- easier for your body to absorb. Also, while I consider the capsules to be a bit large, they're very smooth so they aren't too hard to swallow.
