Nature Made Multi Complete Vitamins Review

Believe me, I'm like a lot of people in that I usually don't like taking any vitamins (or pills or meds for that matter) because of the terrible taste when you take them, but with these you can't taste a thing! Nature Made is pretty good at making a better easier to swallow pill for people who just can't stand having to take pills.

No major issues with these vitamins as compared to any others. They do go down easily and don't taste funny. Overall not bad, and I think the regular, store-brand might be OK but this brand Nature Made is probably better in quality control and general pill design.

These vitamins are really good, however they might not be for everyone. Nature Made could have changed the formula to contain fish ingredients for the calcium, I presume. For all you future buyers of the new formula read the label please it can contain any of several different kinds of ocean fish and you dont know which one is in it. When contacted, the Nature Made Company stated that they will not produce the old 'sans fish' formula anymore so it could be problematic for any person allergic or intolerant to seafood.

You're lucky if you can find the previous type pills so if you do, buy it immediately (old formula Nature Made). I can only hope the company will change their minds and maybe make both, because not everyone wants the fish product in the multi vitamin. You can just take a fish oil supplement for that, you know.

Make sure to do some research before buying, because the new formula could make you queasy, so remember to be careful of the Nature Made multi vitamin if you are at all allergic to or intolerant of fish.

It can be challenging for me when it comes to taking even just some important vitamins. I gag, I cough, the pills usually taste awful. But with these, all that anxiety is gone. There is no weird after taste, no smell to the Nature Made multi pills; they go down smoothly.

Even though they can be a little bigger than a regular pain med or tablet, it really is not a problem because they slip down so easily. I am planning to buy more in the near future.
