I like the Nature Made vitamins. They do wonders for me and are pretty reasonable when it comes to the price. I get mine at Walmart. I started taking the Bvitamin and it seems to have helped increase my metabolism. I would recommend this brand of any vitamin to anyone. Its worth buying and taking.
