Nature Made Liquid Softgels Multi Complete Reviews

I don't have the medical issues that Clayshaper has, but have found this to be a great multi-vitamin to ensure I am getting the nutrition I need.    It does include iron, folic acid, and vitamin D, which was important for me.   What's more, the liquid softgel is easy to swallow!   Yes, the pill is on the larger side, but I have never run into a multivitamin that doesn't have a larger size pill.  The thing that I love about this product is that it doesn't feel so large.  The softgel makes it easy to go down, iinstead of choking and downing lots of water with my other vitamins.  What more,...

I have had difficulty finding really good vitamins that I can digest. I have a j-pouch (an internal ostomy) and tablets often slip through without my body ebing able to break them down! expensive 'liquid' vitamins taste horrible, and are so overpriced! When Nature Made came out with their 'Liquid Softgels' I knew I had to try them! I have been really surprised by the easy digestibillity, and the fact that they don't cause stomach upset at all! They have no negative taste, and they contain a nice range of vitamins for the cost.
