My Thoughts on Nature Made Liquid Softgel Vitamin C

This was my first purchase of a Vitamin C vitamin in a softgel form.  While it sounds good and you would think it would be easy to swallow, this softgel is huge.  In fact, it is a bit too large for me.  Each softgel is oblong like a capsule but twice the size in both the diameter and length.

Vitamin C was a supplement that I often gave to my kids when they were still in school.  I don't think a child under the age of 12 could swallow this and it would be difficult even for teens.

Due to the difficulty in swallowing Nature Made Liquid Softgel Vitamin C's I will not be purchasing them again.
