Great for Bipolar

I have done lots of reading about bipolar and all new articles are recommending omega 3 have tried it and can tell a difference in mood swings. It has also been helpful in reducing my risk of heart disease. The cost is $5.27 for 120 pills all you have to do is take 2 a day. This is a very good fish oil supplement, good for heart health and maintaining triglyceride levels. Personally I have read that Omega 3 oils are good for the brain aswell so perhaps my memory problems could be lowered. I started taking fish oil to help with my dry skin and hair. I am a very big bargin shopper and will always compare prices and I often end up buying store brand everything. However at Wal-Mart this one was cheaper that the store brand. — This one also offered 20% more free! That was instant plus for them. I first purchased Nature made Fish oil on the advice of my Physician. She did not specifically recommend Nature made brand but I have tried others and none has come close to Nature made. It is the brand that I found to be good for me. I take a 1200mg Fish oil capsule every morning. It helps keep me healthy and everyone tells me my hair looks very healthy. I take these everyday along with some other vitamins and I feel happy to know that year after year until my ripe old age these pills will have benefited my brain and my heart. The bottle they come in smells a little fishy but the gels that you swallow don't smell and they go down easily.
