Nature Made Fish Oil Omega 3 Vitamins Review

I started taking fish oil to help with my dry skin and hair. I am a very big bargin shopper and will always compare prices and I often end up buying store brand everything. However at Wal-Mart this one was cheaper that the store brand.

This one also offered 20% more free! That was instant plus for them.  I also noticed that this one has a bigger bottle and that means I have to rember to buy more less often and that is always a help.

 I have been impressed with results so far. My skin has improved and I have even gotton a  few zits on my face because it is no longer dry. I had no trouble with the pills upsetting my stomach but I do recomend taking them after a medium size meal or snack just to me safe.

Some fish oils will give you a fishy after taste I have not had a problem with that at all. I  have no  after taste at all.

 They are nice soft gell pills, although large I have had no problem swallowing them and I am not a expert at swallowing pills. 

Over all this has been a good choice for omega-3 fish oil pills and I am glad I chose this brand and bottle size.
