This is a very good fish oil supplement, good for heart health and maintaining triglyceride levels. Personally I have read that Omega 3 oils are good for the brain aswell so perhaps my memory problems could be lowered. I also love the fact they have a Wellness Reward Code on the side of the bottle that you can use to earn more free vitamins.
