This vitamin is great.  The best around.  I have been taking these for a long time.  Nature Made is great.  If you are heart conscious, get these.  They do work.  Very easy to swallow.  Everybody should take these.  Another reason I buy Nature Made is because they have codes that you can turn in on their website and get coupons.
