My son was taking prescription meds for ADHD, but the side effects were troubling so we decided to go for a more natural approach using a whole foods diet, and strongly restricting sugar, artificial colors/flavors/additives, along with natural supplementation. We used the studies from experts suggesting increased Omega 3 supplementation, along with magnesium and other essential vitamins and minerals, and found this Kid's Calm to be the best option. I'm so glad we made this choice, the difference in our son is like night and day, and I owe a lot of that to Kids Calm. When we were on vacation and missed a few days of his Kids Calm supplement I noticed a deterioration in his behavior, which was remedied by going back on the liquid supplement when we got home. You do have to refrigerate it after opening, and the flavor is strong so we add it to fruit juice to make it more palatable - my son drinks it down without any problems. I HIGHLY reccommend this product, it's worked wonders for us, and is even an excellent and thorough vitamin supplement for kids without ADD/ADHD behavior issues.
