I was referred to use this dietary supplement as an addition to my weight loss efforts. After two months of consistent daily use, at 1600 mg; I did not notice any benefits or changes whatsoever. There was no effect to my appetite, nor my metabolism. I didn't even receive an increase in my overall energy. I was informed that this product at maximum strength, combined with its' patented "Super Citrimax" would increase my weight loss results greatly. I was misinformed obviously. The product did no such thing. I have since discontinued Garcinia Cambogia, having considered it a complete waste of money. I found that I have better results with a high quality, easily soluble multivitamin regime instead. I would not recommend this product to anyone for any reason. There is a reason why all relative statements and claims have not been evaluated by the FDA apparently.

I had heard about Garcinia Cambogia through an email and decided to do some research of my own and then found the most reputable supplier and bought a bottle. I followed the directions on the bottle and to my amazement after eating just a little food I would feel like I was full and it allowed me to intake fewer calories. The form of this pill is quite large and you must make sure you drink plenty of water. I did not have any side effects from this medication and eventually 5 lbs were gone then 10 lbs. Beware of the quality of this product, I've read many articles stating that it's easy to buy the cheapest product then you are stuck with low quality Garcinia Cambogia. I incorporated this supplement into eating right and exercising and find that it is working. I don't feel bad, I'm not nauseous, and I stay full feeling and not hungry. I think I will continue using this product until I reach my goal weight and then stop. I can't see taking this long term.
