I cannot believe I'm saying this because I'm usually a bit of a skeptic when it comes to pills...but Natrol Tonalin CLA works!!  My trainer suggested taking it and I was a bit apprehensive because I was concerned about side effects, drug interactions, etc.  I eventually started taking it and there were no changes during the first 30 days.  I had a bit more energy, which helped amp up my 4 time a week workouts, but other than that I wasn't seeing results.  Then just around 25 to 30 days in I started to see changes in my stomach!  My clothes were fitting a lot looser in the stomach and I started losing inches all over the rest of my body too!  Now about 60 days later I am seeing cut lines on my stomach that I haven't seen in years!!  Taking Natrol Tonalin CLA seems like a lot of work, as it is taking 3 large pills a day, but the results are so worth it!!  Just be patient and stick with it and you won't be sorry!  I can't tell you how happy I am that this worked for me!
