Nationwide 401K - needs to communicate better with members

Nationwide 401K - have this at work and just found out I'm getting a 1099 and a refund.  I don't think Nationwide put together a good solid plan for employee investment based upon this adp test the IRS requires.  No employee was ever told anything about this.  We find out after we've filed taxes.
