    Took care of my claims promptly.

My experience with nationwide is not very good.  They did not put my rental coverage on and I got stuck paying $300 for a rental vehicle.

This is not NW's fault, there are reasons they make you either sign paperwork at an agency or summarize the coverage on screen and have you review it. This is not easy to overlook, rental coverage is usually standard and you would have to ask for it or manually remove it online.
