Nationwide Insurance —
Well I must really like Nationwide, I've been a customer with them for the past 32 years. I have found them to be more expensive than other car insurance companies but and this is a big but they are reliable, courteous, helpful and I trust them. I would rank them very high in the customer service end of things. They have worked with me through some difficult financial times when I was struggling to pay my bills. They have accident forgiveness and my rates have never gone up for speeding tickets. You probably could shop around and find insurance cheaper but I won't leave Nationwide because I just don't feel that anyone else would take as good care of my needs as them. I also am not concerned that they will go out of business or suddenly change they're business model. Dealing with the insurance agents and the insurance adjusters is actually pleasant and easy(I know it boggles the mind). I had an incident where my car was damaged by vandals and they were great about getting my car repaired quickly.
