Nationwide Insurance —
We have had our insurance with Nationwide for 16 years. We have had several claims that were handled very quickly and to our satisfaction. Our daughter even had back to back accidents, one her fault and one not, and they were very understanding. We went through a lightning storm that blew every electrical appliance, televisions, stereos, computer and cordless phones. We were able to replace these items within two weeks for the cost of our deductible. I can't say enough about our agent. He is more than our agent, he's our friend. The staff is also very courteous and friendly. Jim even sends out birthday greetings and signs them personally. What other company would do that? We have had lower offers from other companies but would not change and lose the quality we have at Nationwide. And you can take that to the bank!
